Please go through our terms and conditions thoroughly before making any purchases on the Platform. Chingari doesn't give refunds for purchases made on the Platform. However, if you have a genuine problem, you may contact our Customer Support within 7 days of purchase via email to [email protected] or via phone: +91-8037777000 for a refund. If Chingari agrees that the purchase was made inadvertently, your payment may be refunded to the account details provided by you. Once a refund has been processed, you will no longer be able to use your benefits.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel, you won’t be charged again. You will still have access to perks until the end of your billing cycle. You won't be refunded for the time between when you cancel and when your subscription officially ends. You will not be eligible for refunds or credits for partially elapsed billing periods.
