At Chingari we are deeply committed to protecting the safety of minors and children on our platform. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest level of integrity and safety by adopting a zero-tolerance approach to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). All content, including but not limited to, content that is uploaded, shared, commented on or posted by a user on our platform must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards concerning the prevention of CSAE, including those set forth by international laws and conventions. Any violation by the Users of our CSAE policy and our Terms and Community Guidelines will be strictly dealt with by the Company and the consequences may include banning and reporting to law enforcement authorities and prosecution under applicable laws. Any content considered to be violating these terms will be removed.
Users that see any suspicious content or activity that violates these guidelines must report such content immediately by writing to our grievance redressal officer, upon which the report shall be reviewed .If we find the content or activity to be in violation of these Guidelines, we will remove it and take appropriate action on an immediate basis. We endeavour to resolve any such complaints related to CSAE and CSAM within a period of 24 hours.
